A quick update
This weekend was a busy one. My sweetie had his Winter Solstice party on Saturday and a bunch of people stayed overnight afterwards. We had brunch, watched movies and lazed about on Sunday.
Today was supposed to be laundry day, but instead it was "nap and catch up on sleep from the weekend" day. Laundry will have to wait until this coming Saturday.
Tomorrow is my first day at my new job. I'm excitedly-nervous or nervously-excited. One of those things. I'll be getting up earrrrrly to do the commuting thing (bus -> subway -> subway). You're jealous of my exciting commute, I know it.
Anyway, I have to finish up my holiday cards this week and get them in the mail. The first batch went in the mailbox tonight. Hanukkah is coming up soon as well, and I have to figure out when I can get to my brother's for candle lighting with the family. Christmas day will be spent over there with them as well.
I'm sure I'll post more tomorrow about how the commute and my first day went. And then hopefully I'll be blogging more regularly again.

Good Luck on your first day. I do the walk -> bus --> subway --> subway commute and it stinks! But I do love Janet's optimism about it at least giving you something to write about. I think I would rahter have nothing to write about! LOL.
