Friends doing strange things
LJ friends of mine have started a new weblog to document their experiments with creating various and sundry infused vodkas:
They even posted photos of them tasting the nasty, cheap vodka that's the base for their first experiment. Go take a peek. It's entertaining.

The weather in Boston
As I posted on their site. I am intreguied by what they are doing but far too lazy to do it myself when I can go to a local bar "The Good Life" and they have 119 vodkas to sample from the wretched to the smooothhhh. We should go sometime....its a dangerous place.

I am very interested because here in Singapore, a bottle of Absolut costs about US$13 at the Duty Free Shop at the airport, while at the supermarket, it costs about US$32. A drink at a bar costs probably around US$16 (I can't be sure since I've only gone once before
)
