Grrr.
So, my hours are (for now at least) 9-5. I leave my apartment at 7:15 am and get home around 7 pm. Yup, that's right. My roommate's hours are 10-6. She leaves after me and gets home before me (not much earlier than me). She is taking a commuter train. I am on the bus, which apparently had a "schedule". Not a very accurate schedule. I'm going to try out something new on Monday (I don't have the energy to fuss with it tomorrow morning) because that's just not acceptable to me.
Also, the last 2 times I've cooked, I've been disappointed. I made shepherd's pie and the seasonings weren't quite right. It was good, but not great. The easy one I make tastes better than me. And I made chili last night, but we didn't have much chili powder. I added some vinegar to it and that helped, but it's still kind of blah.
I need to finish those holiday cards. That's *high* on my list for Saturday. I have some shopping still to do, but mostly it can wait until January (except, well, right before Arisia).
I need to clean the apartment too. Anyone want to come over and mop for me? I'll bake for you.
Work is still good. I'm working through one of the classes right now (on my own; I get in-class training at the end of January and in February). It's cool because I'm remembering a lot of this stuff from 2 jobs ago (where we used the product that the company I'm working for wrote).
Anyway, if I seem short tempered, it's probably due to my commute wasting so much of my time. I'm only going 12 miles, dammit.
Off to hide from the pile of cards that need my attention.
Oh, and it's likely I owe you email. Thank you for not harassing me about it. I'll write, really I will!

12 freakin' miles for all that? Haysus!
