Holiday musings

In bullet points!

• Holiday shopping is done


• Wrapping presents - also done


• More baking to do, but that's not a negative in my book


• Nasty depression from earlier in the week is gone


• Work from home day today


• The commute has been better this week -- more experimenting to do with this, but there is progress in the "make the commute suck less" task


• Dinner tonight with a sweet 3.5 year old (and various adults)


• I have a date tomorrow


• My sweetie is finally starting to get over the nasty crud that's been harassing him for over a week


• We've passed the solstice and there will be more daylight now

I'm sure there are more things for that list, but that's all I can come up with right now.

On the negative side, my former co-workers are buried under a ton of snow (37" where I used to live and 25" where I used to work). I hope all of you are safe and warm!
