Balticon, day 1

We're here! The drive was long (not shocking considering that it's a holiday weekend), but not unpleasant. We had ADD music DJ woman in charge of the music. She's still alive to play DJ again.

The con is slowly starting up. It's a different pace than Arisia is, but that's ok. We just spent some time wandering around the Dealers Room and I got a present for someone, with more presents spotted. I need to find a place to buy stamps tomorrow.

We're having a room party tonight (Montreal Worldcon Bid party) and one on Sunday (Arisia party). The hours are 9 pm - 3 am. Oy! Well, I'd better go nap so I can survive the party.
