Balticon, days 3 & 4

Day 3:
Hmm... we decided to have breakfast at Panera as the hotel was having crazy expensive breakfast buffet. That was very tasty.

Afterwards, I drove to Inner Harbor and met up with Stephanie for the first time in too many years. We had a great time hanging out and wandering around Inner Harbor.

Then it was back to the hotel for party foodstuff shopping, followed by a short nap and then party setup. The party photos can be seen here. Needless to say, it was a good party.

Day 4:
Breakfast in the hotel as they had the regular, not overpriced buffet. Then room cleanup. Packing. Goodbyes. And driving off into the sunset. Well, not the sunset since we left a little before noon, but you get the picture. We had lunch at a Red Robin somewhere in PA. In the end, we got to Somerville right around 9:30 pm and I got home a little after 10.

I didn't get to see a whole lot of the actual con, but the parts I saw were enjoyable. And I got a fair amount of socializing in. And got to see 2 friends who I hadn't seen for a number of years. Not much more you could ask for for a weekend away.
