Holiday gift ideas for me

If you're looking for something to get me and out of ideas, I could use a headset (non-Bluetooth) for my Treo 755P that do not make my ears bleed (ok, not really bleeding but OMG the pain). I *hate* the iPod/round in-ear headphones. I prefer the ear bud kind. Unfortunately, I've already purchased 2 different ones - the in-ear works but hurts me. The ear bud one had a lot of feedback on a conf call.

So I guess, recommendations would be helpful and I can decide what to do once I want to spend money on that again.
